About Cheesecake Online
Steve Buresh made cheesecake for friends and family for years, but when he lost his job, he decided it was time to run his own business. Cheesecake Online, which he started in 2011 with the help of his wife Kelli and daughters Julia and Jennifer, received a lot of support and encouragement. Steve was able to sell his cheesecake at local farmers markets from a shared-use commercial kitchen, which was the beginning of the store. Steve had the chance to showcase his cheesecake creations at the markets. Because of how well-liked his slices were, restaurants soon requested whole cheesecakes. Steve started selling as a local food truck with his cheesecake mobile, a modified Scion Xb Van that he built in his garage because he saw more potential than just selling wholesale. Cheesecake Online needed something different to hold his cheesecake because slices were deemed to messy. Steve decided to try baking cheesecake in a Mason jar after watching videos on how to can in them.
