About Ameci Simi Valley
Son of a Roman restaurant family, Angelo Falato visited Guatemala, Colombia, and Venezuela before landing in Los Angeles and opening a broasted chicken restaurant. Nick and Angelo teamed up to launch the third Ameci Simi Valley Italian Cuisine location in 1983, and the first Ameci Simi Valley and Pasta location in 1984. In 1984, Nick Andrisano and Angelo Falato established a corporation. Maria Falato, Angelo Falato's daughter, has managed his shares in the company since his passing in 2002. In its 40 locations in California today, Ameci Pizza and Pasta serves a variety of foods, including pizza, pasta, salads, and subs. Their pizza is the best.
