Australian Chef Drew Nocente has always prioritized honoring his Italian heritage in his cooking. Drew's father, Vincenzo, who first taught Drew how to master charcuterie and how important it is to treat produce with respect on their family farm in Australia, is the source of the other significance of the name. Drew's passion for cooking inspired the creation of Cenzo, which incorporated elements of Drew's Italian heritage with a contemporary Australian flavor that combines the best of both worlds. Drew Nocente is no stranger to Singapore's restaurant scene. Cenzo has a profound respect for produce, farmers, and the laborious process of bringing something from the farm to the market as a result of his upbringing on a farm in Queensland, Australia. He developed a method of mindful cooking after witnessing his father's hands-on approach.
