About West Winds Distillers
Since 2010, their crew of lovable larrikins has led the good ship West Winds Distillers into frequently turbulent waters, figuring things out as they go and overcoming some big waves. They have managed to create a distinct family of Australian gins as a result of their constant focus on bringing the distinctive botanicals of this ancient land to the global stage. Luckily, the world's stage was a lot of here for their specific kind of Aussie gin and has stored grants on them from the earliest days. West Winds Distillers choose to use environmentally sustainable products whenever possible, including banksia honey, native bush tomatoes, Davidson plums, native thyme, lemon myrtle, cinnamon myrtle, strawberry gum leaves, sloe berries, and sea parsley. They honour and value this land and proudly source their local ingredients directly from growers and Traditional Custodians of the land.
