Singapore Distillery is an affectionately carefully assembled 500L copper pot still. Not at all like different stills utilized for gin, they have a whisky head. The whisky head, a staple of whisky refining, is called so in view of the bulbous, onion-like shape it has. Most other gin refineries, huge and create the same, use what is known as a gooseneck still which is a lot less complex plan that isn't as great at eliminating less wanted oils from botanicals.
