About Riverrun Books
Frank Scioscia, a former sales representative for Harper's Books, launched Riverrun Books in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York, in 1978. From 1993, his son-in-law, Christopher P. Stephens, a book dealer with a forty-year career, continues the business. In the summer of 2016, Tom Lecky bought Riverrun Books. 2019 saw them relocate to Ardsley, New York With a focus on illustrated and artist's books, the fine and decorative arts, photography, architecture, design, great literature, travel & adventure, science & technology, and Americana, they specialize in rare, antique, and unique books & literary manuscripts of all periods. They look for noteworthy content across all subjects. They are certified members of the Appraiser's Institute, the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers, and the Antiquarian Booksellers of America Association.
