When Houstonians Ryan and Josie Granger opened Park Grill, which was given the name Sofia after their daughter, they had no idea it would become a popular spot in the Houston Museum District. The Grangers spent a lot of their free time in Hermann Park, exploring the Houston Zoo, going to museums, and imagining a place where families could dine together.
