The Meadows Golf Course was established by them in 1997 and just praised its twentieth year. The Cultivate siblings carried on the tradition of their grandparents, who bought the land in 1924. They lived on and cultivated the land until 1955 when they moved onto the land with their two children to run the homestead. They ran an effective development organization on the land from 1975 until 1996 and their grandma resided in the family home until her passing in 2011. There is a seat memorializing her between the eighteenth green and tenth tee where the fundamental house once stood. Behind this house was The Meadows Golf Course where the siblings used to play as kids and this spot is the motivation for the name of the golf club today.
