At The Florida Winery, all the wines are made here. Just steps away from the beach you will find the most unique winery on earth. Beach real estate isn't cheap so they squeeze a lot of wine into a very small space. They use three 2000 liter jacketed fermenters and nine 2000 liter racking and aging tanks. Filtration is handled by their 40-panel plate and frame filters and all bottling is done by hand in the front window. It's not a lot of space but it's enough for them to create some of the most amazing wines known to man. Having produced 20 varietals and won about 50 awards in the first 4 years, The Florida Winery clearly made good use of the limited space they had.
