Music, community service, and cultural programming are the primary focuses of the non-profit outreach organization Outpost in the Burbs. The Montclair-based Outpost In The Burbs is unique in northern New Jersey. In the fall, winter, and spring, it is a venue where live music is played on Friday and Saturday nights, and it is a community service organization. All of this is possible because of their approximately 100 volunteers.
