In 2003, Orleans Seafood Kitchen met while working in a successful restaurant. As friends and colleagues, they know that running a restaurant is a tireless job, but as long as they persist, they can make something special. On April 7, 2008, when the partners opened the door to the Orleans Seafood Kitchen in the Katie District, their dreams came true. One night, while they were drinking, they discussed what to do if they opened a restaurant, so the idea of opening a restaurant in Orleans came into being. Over the years, they have established good working relationships, learned from each other's experience and knowledge, and have seen the successes and failures of different general managers and owners. They feel confident and it is their time. One obstacle they must endure is raising enough money to open their dreams.
