About Killman Zoo
The founders of Killman Zoobuilt animal enclosures as needed to activate the Killers Wildlife Sanctuary. At present, zoo continues to do a lot of work for the property. The entire top of Killman Zoo's zoo is made up of a farmer's field. The founders have been carefully planting trees throughout the farm, bought Elk and Bison and added them to the zoo. This was followed by the birds and the black bear Gina in the late 1990s. The founder found that he has been constantly working to improve the animal's property and enclosure to ensure the animal's quality of life and keep it safe. Now, the zoo currently occupies 9 acres and its walls are integrated with the natural environment. The scale of the zoo is quite impressive and many rare and endangered animals have been purchased.
