About Figure 8 Fitness
After winning numerous world MEDALS in the Latin dance movement, Figure 8 Fitness has had great success in helping people in their daily lives lose weight and get fit by dancing. She has designed, programmed and directed home fitness programs in 25 countries and sold millions of copies worldwide! As a child, jaina was overweight and often teased and bullied. When jaina found dancing, her whole life changed. The Figure 8 Fitness is a complex set of muscles that need to be trained in three planes: forward and backward, sideways and rotated. When you train your core on multiple planes, it allows you to target the muscles from every Angle so you can work in a flexible and painless middle section. Figure 8 focuses on training the fluid movement patterns of all muscles in your core area on each plane. Figure 8 is based on dynamic core cardiopulmonary training.
