B Merrell'S attended Georgia Tech, was raised there, and was born there. He worked as a host and dishwasher part-time while he was at Tech. He decided to give the restaurant industry a shot after graduating. Barry and his wife, Louanne, made the decision to try their own restaurant concept after working for well-known Atlanta and Columbus, Georgia, restaurant chains for 18 years. Eat, Drink and B. Merrell's. There are a few "signature" features in B Merrell'S that help to define the idea. The main course is rotisserie chicken. Combining slow roasting with a homemade marinade yield a mouthwatering entree that can be enjoyed as an individual dish or as a whole chicken that can feed the entire family.
