About Winterton Farms
At Winterton Farms, they place the utmost importance on the natural splendor and wealth of their surroundings. They have been Sullivan County residents for their entire lives, and they have based their farm and family on the principles they hold most important. Preserving their natural landscape while supporting their local ecology and relying solely on what nature has provided is the first of these. Because of this, they encourage you to appreciate the best that their area has to offer at their unconventional farm. This includes a network of more than 350 maple trees, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, herbs, and even loofah in their high tunnel, all of which are grown locally. However, Winterton Farms 14 different varieties of lavender, which they sell in bulk and refine into hydrosols, hand creams, soaps, and aromatherapy items, continue to be their core product line. Even throughout the summer and fall harvest seasons, they provide U-pick options and artisan lessons.
