This wine has a pale peach color with a nose of red currant, pepper, and light citrus with little skin contact. The final component of this traditional, dry Provençal rosé is a crisp acidity. Their magnificent Sonoma Coast AVA vineyards produce 100% Chardonnay grapes for their estate-grown Chardonnay. This wine, which spent 11 months aging in only French oak, has a bright straw color and a fruity aroma of citrus, pear, and crisp apple. These fruits have flowery undertones and toasty and brioche undertones.
