Their journey to the perfect cup is endless. Discovery Coffee pick their mung beans from farmers around the world and bake them indoors in the freshest way possible. By roasting in small batches and pairing the beans with specific brewing methods, they introduce their customers to new coffees and unique brewing methods every day. They're always looking for ways to push the boundaries of good coffee and educate their employees and their customers. They are pleased to be an integral part of the already thriving coffee industry in Victoria, British Columbia. Because they are committed to building relationships through their craft, they have found coffee to be a firm believer in partnerships with transparent, direct farmers. At Discovery Coffee, they bake internally and try to create the flavor of each beer. They've been baking since day one and continue to get excited about each batch.
