About Okiboru
Tsukemen is very famous in Japan yet not many have any familiarity with it outside of Japan. The organizers of Okiboru, who prepared in Japan to dominate the Tsukemen create, are determined to present this way of "plunging ramen" to a more extensive crowd of eaters outside of Japan. With Tsukemen, not at all like its customary ramen cousin, the noodles are served as an afterthought separate from the stock, henceforth the name plunging ramen. Okiboru makes their own noodles on location without any preparation utilizing their own remarkable formula. With respect to the stock, it is carefully blended throughout some undefined time frame two times the length of the average ramen stock until the consistency is ideally suited for plunging.
