Moonleap's original goal was simple and specific: to provide a truly ergonomic cushion for those meditators who like to sit cross-legged around the world with the highest quality sustainable materials. In early 2012, Harvey Rayner asked his wife Lauren to sew a cushion for him. The design of this cushion has been his dream for many years. "At this point, they are not thinking about making a product that they can sell, but simply, Moonleap just want to create a more intelligently designed cushion for their own use. After about 3 months of research and development," said Harvey. In total, about 20 prototypes of meditation pads were born. Lauren, an American-born, loves to research and use experimental permanent cultivation methods to grow food and medicinal plants. In the UK, she created a rare herb and edible nursery And sell it to her customers online.
