Mercer Museum is an annual academic enrichment plan for students in grades 7-12. It encourages students to conduct thoughtful historical research, project-based learning and a series of friendly competitions. Individual or collective participation in five different Categories: papers, websites, documentaries, performances and exhibitions. Coordinated by the staff of the Buck County Historical Society, Mercer Museum is responsible for overseeing the mercer museum and Funhill Castle in Doystorn, Pennsylvania. This annual regional competition allows Buck County and Montgomery Counties to Middle school students study history outside the classroom. The 2021 National History Day Bucks and Montgomery County Regional Games will be held. More than 400 students from Bucks County and Montgomery County participated in the regional competitions, and the regional winners will continue to participate in the state-level competitions.
