McDuffies Bakery was born in 1976 with a plan to provide uncompromising quality baked goods to specialty retailers and food service organizations across the United States. Their first client was Marriott, which used pretzels in hotel properties across the country. Hotels remain an important part of their business in Las Vegas, New York, Miami, Atlantic city, Toronto and Dubai. McDuffies is a family business run by a father-son team with about 20 employees. Still small enough to provide quality that large national companies cannot, but large enough to provide the stability that customers need. Their new store, Mr. Pot Pie, opened on July 20, 2016 at 718 Main Main, East Aurora. Other stores are in the works.
