About New Grains
In 2011, the Lawson family in Provo, Utah, established a new cereal-gluten-free bakery after six family members were diagnosed with celiac disease. New Grains Start looking for gluten-free foods immediately, but discourage finding that the gluten-free market is full of tasteless, gritty, dry foods. Lacking a high-quality product, they embarked on a two-year mission to develop a recipe for moist, delicious, gluten-free baked goods. They experiment, modify, test, and remake the recipes until they perfect the recipes for delicious, hearty baked goods that their customers across the country love today. Following Mr Lawson's sudden death, New Grains purchased a new cereal gluten-free bakery, which, with the close attention of the Lundquist family, continues to operate as a family business to this day.
