February 2026 Deadline — 85% Kopykake

Kopykake idea was born in the late 1960s, when Gerry Mayer, a co-founder of fifth-generation bakers, was tired of copying clients' designs onto cakes with only his eyes. He knew instinctively that there had to be a better, faster and more profitable way. After a series of deadlines, Gerry invented the first Kopykake projector. Now, as soon as a client gives him a design, he can put it in the projector, which will zoom in on the cake. From there, Gerry can easily track the design in a short amount of time. Now, he can finish more cakes in a day than in a week. Soon, all the bakeries heard about Gerry's invention and wanted one, so when the bakery closed for the day, he started making them in his garage. As word spread, Gerry began to focus on the projector business, and hence Enterprises was born.
