About Julian Pie
In September 1986, Liz Smozes founded Julian Pie. It all started when she and a neighbor started peeling apple peels for a local pie shop, and she was quickly hired to bake and sell pies. Tim, one of her sons, also rolled out after school. Recognizing her professional skills, two other pie shops hired her to bake them. When Liz enjoys baking for a pie shop, she longs for creativity, not just baking pies for others. With the help of a friend, emphasizing quality control and a clean and tidy environment, Julian Pai started. Due to the increasing demand for their pie from the local market and the need to expand production, Julian Pie opened in 1992.
