Hill Country Hospitality was founded by Marc Glosserman to bring authentic cuisine, primitive culture, and the famous music of the Central Texas BBQ Strip to New York City. Their restaurant strives to capture the romantic traditions and simple charm of the central Texas countryside, as well as the creativity and casual coolness of the Austin spirit. They have four children- Austin, Skye, Jacklin and Gina. They can still pick up and deliver when their restaurants and bars are closed. They also offer a " touchless drop / lift" option. This is significant for their business and the people and families who depend on them. Hill Country commemorates the barbecue and live music capital of Texas and uses the " Tip from The legendary meat market in central Texas has transformed into a barbecue restaurant with a unique dry-rubbing style.
