About Epic Egg Restaurants
Mike Moriarty has been in Epic Egg Restaurants business since he began cooking to manage school at CSU in 1984. In 1989, Mike moved to Greeley, filling in as the kitchen director for Rayno Seaser, another thrilling breakfast, informal breakfast, and lunch idea, which he would purchase in 1996 as the first franchisee. In 1998 he bought the Cheyenne area and opened a second Greeley area in 2002. Christy Moriarty has broad involvement in food and the board working in the Albertson's butcher block and as a fish merchandiser for North East Seafood. Christy is a foodie and has an energy for food that invigorates them. In 2015, Mike and Christy met, became hopelessly enamored, and combined efforts with perfect timing for enormous changes; leaving the establishment gathering and yet again marking as their own Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch, Epic Egg Restaurants.
