Jammin Crepes's journey began in 2011 in the parking lot of the train station, where is the popular West Windsor Community Farmers' Market on Saturday morning. Their idea is to cook fresh and hot crêpes orders with their small batches of jams, kimchi and other ingredients from local farms. They quickly cultivated a loyal following. Five years later, in October 2014, they opened their first physical store at 20 Nassau Street in downtown Princeton. Today, Jammin Crepes's mission remains the same to celebrate their local, regional farms wrapped in a crêpe ever-changing menu highlighting the freshest and best local ingredients. In addition to crêpes, they also offer daily selections of scratched seasonal soups and salads, as well as a variety of home baked goods supplemented by a variety of regional pure natural juices and beverages, as well as specialty coffee and tea beverages.
