He developed a unique condiment that blends his Greek heritage with the spices he likes from New Orleans. Mr. Charlie is a collector who hangs antiques, souvenirs and artwork on the wall. This, coupled with the scent of a soulful jukebox, lively waiter and kitchen, helped him create an unparalleled atmosphere in Memphis. Today, this restaurant is run by Mr. Charlie's three children, but the taste of the ribs is still the same as at the beginning.
