The goal of Dmtc is to preserve the artistic tradition of Traditional American Music. Theatrical musicals that are of the highest caliber, accessible to all audiences, and reasonably priced will be produced by DMTC. The Dmtc will work to incorporate a wide range of people and families looking to contribute to the preservation of the musical theater art form with both a Main Stage and a Young Performers Theater. The Davis Musical Theatre Group (DMTC) was established by Jan and Steve Isaacson in 1984. The oldest continuously operating amateur musical theater company in California is called DMTC. Each year, DMTC produces 11 musicals. Six of them are "Main Stage" performances (adult actors). Five of these are "Young Performers' Theatre" plays (actors between 7 and 17 years old).
