CJ Paterniti, the founder and owner of Defender Auto Glass, quickly came to the realization that the market for automotive glass lacked a reputable company to serve those in need of repairs and replacements. In response, he established the company with the intention of providing excellent customer service at an affordable price. Defender Auto Glass was founded on the same principles that have helped D&S Automotive Collision and Restyling, its sister business, succeed for nearly 40 years; putting the client first and concentrating on high-quality maintenance. They now has in-store locations in Mentor, Chardon, Elyria, and Akron to serve the Greater Cleveland and Akron areas. Mentor serves as the central location of their mobile service area, which extends from Cleveland to Akron and Lorain to Ashtabula in Northeast Ohio.
