About Damburger
Damburger is a locally owned and run busibess. Their burgers are cooked to order utilizing R&R Quality Meats' freshly ground beef. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. They are a 1938-founded organization in Redding. They had the brilliant notion to start a hamburger stand outside the hiring building for the Shasta Dam. They were 18 at the time. Customers may purchase a piece of pie and a cup of coffee at that time for 25 cents. The profitable business eventually led to a permanent presence in Redding's downtown. They maintained Damburger for almost forty years, first relocating it to Pine Street and then, in 1962, to its current position.
