Columbus Crew, previously known as team sc, is an American expert soccer club situated in Columbus, Ohio. The Crew is one of the 10 charter clubs of Major League Soccer and is a member of the Eastern Conference. It started playing in 1996. The team is currently owned by the Haslam family, who also own the Cleveland Browns and Pilot Corporation, and Pete Edwards, a former team physician.
