About Stubbs
Stubbs is conceived Stubblefield in Navasota, Texas, as one of nine children from guardians he depicts as genuine great cooks. In the 1930′s, their family moved to Lubbock, Texas to pick cotton, and it was during this time they figured out how to cook by functioning in nearby cafés and lodgings. They passed on Lubbock to serve in the Korean War as a staff sergeant in the 96th Field Artillery, the last all-dark armed force infantry, where they were a heavy weapons specialist and a regarded pioneer. They utilized this chance to consummate their culinary abilities by administering the readiness of everyday feasts for upwards of 10,000 fighters. After he returned, Stubbs at last opened their most memorable café in Lubbock in 1968, opposite the region carnival.
