Cleveland Heath are really thrilled to join the family of this restaurant! Avery and Jake, along with them, returned to Illinois in 2017. Evan was lucky enough to work with Jenny and Ed after being employed by them. Cleveland Heath are really appreciative of the chance to carry on the brilliance they began in 2011. Evan has over 20 years of experience in the kitchen and is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. They served as executive chef (MO). They is really eager to get to know the local farmers and offer the best produce from the area to your table. In Troy, Illinois, Gina was raised. They has been managing restaurants for more than 15 years.
