Civic Hall serves as a venue for performances for both RCS and east-central Indiana and west-central Ohio region. The band, choir, and orchestra classes use three classrooms in the hallway every day. The facility also hosts numerous extracurricular activities after school. The auditorium hosts approximately 150 programs and rehearsals annually. More than half of these are programs related to schools. The money for Civic Hall renovation were funded by community-raised non-tax revenue and school tax dollars. The series, which they proudly present, was created to contribute to the cultural landscape and improve their region's quality of life.
