About Catullo Prime Meats
Some people call it obsession. Their love of cuisine and their unsatisfied desire to provide the best local beef, poultry and pork to customers make them a business. This goes back three generations, when Daniel realized that there was a lack of local retailers offering fresh, high-quality meat. He co-founded Gannard and Price High Meat Company, and 22 years later he founded Catullo Prime Meats with the same name. Quality is passed from generation to generation. Daniel passed the shop to his sons Stan and Joe. Joe passed the rule to Stan's son Danny, inheriting the fine traditions of the shop. Their butcher master is still cutting a whole piece of hanging beef behind Catullo Prime Meats, each cut proves their pursuit of perfection, which makes their loyal and valuable customers repeat customers for many years.
