Chef Scott is at his alma mater, his first teaching job, and Scott Ryan, a chef at the Culinary Arts Institute of Cambridge, is passionate about cooking and teaching. A natural educator, he spent ten years teaching culinary arts in college after graduating from culinary school. Baltimore Chef Shop Knows that he continues to hone his practice as a lecturer at the Culinary Arts Institute of Cambridge, Massachusetts, the Art Institute of Arlington, Virginia, and the University of Stratford, Baltimore, Maryland. His dream from the beginning was to eventually open his teaching kitchen.
