Bad Brains Records second full-length album, Rock for Light, was released in 1983. Ric Ocasek of The Cars produced it. For the first time in decades, they're happy to share the album's original mix, as intended by the band. Most fans will be better familiar with the 1991 release, which Ocasek and bassist Darryl Jenifer remixed. That version employed a new track sequence, considerably different mixes, and a master speed increase, resulting in a half-step pitch increase. This is the fourth release in the remaster campaign, and it reintroduces the Bad Brains Records Records label imprint. Org Music oversaw the restoration and remastering of the famous album in collaboration with the band.
