Warner Theater was built in 1931 and is the art deco palace of Warner Brothers Film Company. With the establishment of traditional cinemas and the disappearance of the golden age of movies, it continues to show movies in private ownership. When the 1955 flood swept Torrington, the theater was severely damaged.
