About The Broadway Theatre
Initially opened in May 1926, they worked as a completely prepared film and vaudeville theater with 1,090 seats, including the overhang and eight boxes. The extravagant New Jersey theater was made in a French Revival theme by the Philadelphia firm of Eberhard, Magaziner, and Harris. Two gem crystal fixtures light the house and internal entryway of The Broadway Theatre. Furthermore, a lot of the first cast mortar detail stays in one piece today with the first forms still in the vicinity. A little symphony pit, four confidential changing areas, a typical room, two washrooms, and a line organ blower room in the storm cellar can likewise be found. The Broadway Theatre actually has its unique 3/8 Kimball theater pipe organ - a one of a kind instrument for its size. The Southern Jersey Theater Organ Society has reestablished the Kimball to full show status.
