Training Solutions was founded in 1995 by c. Michael Ferraro. After more than 20 years in management training, Ferrero decided to meet his entrepreneurial spirit by starting his own training company. He is committed to providing quality products, processes and services only to a variety of organizations. In 1999, Sharon (his wife) joined him as a full-time partner. When Training Solutions was established in September 1995, Michael felt it was important to connect in his local conference hall. He has held a series of volunteer and leadership positions in various local Chambers of commerce, The Tower Club, and local technical membership organizations (technical committees of northern Virginia).
