The mission of Premier Hoops is to train and develop young basketball players through training and skill development, while instilling the importance of setting goals, working hard and being a good citizen. Their basketball skills, training camp, American League (aau) team and league are different from any other project in New England. Their coaches come from different backgrounds. Their coaches are all D1 level and professional level. Premier Hoops also have coaches who teach at the D1, D2 and D3 levels. 90% of their coaches are high school basketball players, then college level players. Some of their coaches are currently coaching in high school and youth.
