Tix Today is a website that sells tickets for shows in Central NY. TodayTix is a different website that sells theater tickets for shows in New York, London, and other cities. Tix is a cloud-based ticketing system that provides event management controls, multi-channel distribution capabilities, and a robust reporting suite. Tix also offers an optional 24/7 call center service that allows ticket buyers to speak with a US-based live operator for ticket ordering. TodayTix offers a lottery system that allows users to enter for a chance to win exclusive pricing (including some free tickets depending on the location) to select shows. The TodayTix Lottery can be entered through the TodayTix app or website during the entry period. Winners are selected randomly and notified via email. TodayTix also offers electronic tickets for select shows, which can be viewed in the My Orders section of the TodayTix app after delivery. If a user does not receive their tickets, they can review their order details by logging into their TodayTix account and navigating to My Orders.
