Saigon Sisters is run by Vietnamese sisters Mary Nguyen Aregoni and Theresa Nguyen and their mother, Mama Suu, in the West Loop's bustling restaurant scene. The principal motivation for starting their business came from growing up watching their mom and grandma ran fruitful organizations as food wholesalers to business sectors and consulates in Laos and eating astonishing Southeast Asian and French food sources at an early age. Subsequent to moving to the them, their pioneering soul drove them to cooperate and thought of the brand Saigon Sisters. And it all started in 2009 at the Chicago French Market, where Mama Suu still stands by her Pho station to assist and serve workers and commuters with Banh Mis, spring rolls, Pho, and Baos.
