Propelled by her adoration to travel, she realized The Meander Shop was bound for life out and about. It was old and worn, but it had personality and, most importantly, it was hers—a traditional Americana. The Wander Shop opened the doors of the Airstream in April of 2016 at their homebase at Eucalyptus Gardens in Wilton Manors, a beautiful diverse community. It took 63 long, hard days, but thanks to her family and friends, they were able to remove 53 years of dirt and restore it to its original condition. They welcomed Vagabond, their event-traveling Airstream, to the fleet in September 2016. Marisa was contemplating moving into a larger, more permanent location after operating her mobile business for a few years.
