About Taves Estate Cidery
Cultivating has been a lifestyle for the Taves Estate Cidery family since the 1930s when Opa bought his first homestead in quite a while in Abbotsford. Going into the fourth era, Taves Estate Cidery keeps on flourishing with Loren and Corinne driving the way. The cultivating activity currently develops north of 60 sections of land of produce where they reap everything from eggplant and legacy tomatoes, to different currants and berries to apples and pumpkins. Each spring, summer, and fall, they invite individuals to the Applebarn to appreciate Easterfest, u-pick goji berries, sunflower and pumpkin patches, wagon rides, a corn labyrinth, hopping cushions, livestock, pedal karts, horse rides, fun eats, and, in particular, u-pick apples! Visiting the homestead in fall carries 10 sections of land of plantation loaded down with various assortments of apples from tart Alkmene to sweet Honeycrisp and the Taves' particular apple, the Jonagold.
