About Southern Pines Golf Club
Open for play in 1906, Southern Pines Golf Club is one of Donald Ross' earliest unique course plans. Twisting around a progression of glades and edges, the course offers probably the most emotional golf territory in the Sandhills, making it hard to tell where nature's plan closures and Ross' starts. At 6,500 yards, this unprecedented course difficulties each degree of play. Open to individuals, visitors and the overall population, Southern Pines Golf Club top season is from mid-March to mid-May and mid-September to the furthest limit of October. It's open seven days every week with the exception of select occasions and support days. Beginning around 1906, they have invited golf players, all things considered, to encounter one of the earliest and best instances of unique Donald Ross engineering.
