About Scott Reinhard Maps
Scott Reinhard is a cartographer and graphic designer based in Brooklyn. The goal of Scott Reinhard Maps is to produce the most stunning visualizations at the highest quality possible. The fields of cartography and info visualization have benefited greatly from Scott's innovations. Scott, who is currently employed by the New York Times as a Graphics Editor, was a member of the group that won the Pulitzer Prize in Public Service in 2021 for the Covid-19 tracker. The chromogenic printing process is used to create Scott Reinhard Maps photographic prints, which are printed on Kodak Professional Endura Premier Paper. They chose this method due to its archival quality, consistent and rich colors, and demonstrated longevity.
