This rich, matured tequila was initially made by Ravandi for his own assortment. He sold 1, 000 bottles in 2014, but ever since then, he has only sold 2, 500 bottles per year. SB WINE AND SPIRIT begins its journey in the iron-rich soils of a pristine estate in the Tierra Roja that they have reserved solely for the production of 123 Organic Extra Aejo. The extreme growing conditions on their estate in the Amatitan region of Jalisco produce complex, exceptionally flavorful tequila that is ideally suited to lengthy aging, just like intensely expressive wines grown at high elevations. The expression "the devil is in the details" perfectly describes the singular spirit of 123 Organic Extra Aejo (Diablito) in the pursuit of perfection. The devilishly good tequila you'll find in their bottles and their absolute dedication to perfection are represented by the SB WINE AND SPIRIT on their label.
