Although they was born in 1979 on the island of Guernsey, they spent most of their childhood in the South West of England, where they spent a lot of time drawing and painting. They've always had a passion for landscape art, even as a child. In 2009, Samuel Earp made the beautiful move to New Zealand, where they have lived ever since. Painting landscapes, particularly water and the sea, is one of their favorite things to do. En plein air painting is another passion of theirs. They love reproducing the varieties, light and air of nature on material. They get a tremendous sense of well-being and connection from painting.
